It lived approximately 100 to 94 million years ago during the Cenomanian stage of the Late Cretaceous period. Fossils have been found in North Africa, including regions now in Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. As a spinosaurid theropod, Spinosaurus was semi-aquatic, spending much of its time in or near water, unlike most land-based theropods. Its primary diet consisted of fish (piscivorous), supplemented by other aquatic prey and occasionally small to medium terrestrial animals. It inhabited humid environments such as tidal flats, mangrove forests, rivers, and lakes.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Fossils for Sale at BuriedHistoryStore.com","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":54037721121052,"sku":"#443","price":49.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0930\/0960\/8988\/files\/346039-35_3.jpg?v=1781317818","url":"https:\/\/buriedhistorystore.com\/products\/1-54-fossil-spinosaurus-tooth-real-dinosaur-tooth-morocco-copy-copy-copy","provider":"Fossils for Sale at BuriedHistoryStore.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
